18 go west searching for hills like mountain goats!

Superb conditions again saw great numbers turn out for a bit of hill work, group one set off like a load of mountain goats on steroids!

They headed out towards Dunswell lane on to Cottingham, up Eppleworth road and cracking on towards Swanland. A quick loop there saw them heading back up dale road and down to Melton bottom before heading to North Ferriby. Then the race to Raywell commenced, From Raywell to Little Weighton on to skidby through Cottingham, 30 all the way!! Surely it was time to ease off!! No stopping them now a quick blast down dunswell and on to HQ.... Not even time for a bit of grazing!! Superb banter along the way made it even more enjoyable!

In Group two we had our best ride to date, again heading out west at a good pace, Again heading to Dunswell and on to cottingham. Then on to Eppleworth road and up to Skidby Hill. Some great efforts from everyone flying up there and a lot of PB's all round. On we go to Little Weighton up to the Rowley full drag. Then on to a quick blast down bluestone bottoms, 40's hit before a sharpe turn turning on to Walkington road climb and on to Risby hill. A quick run through skidby on to Cottingham through to Dunswell and on to HQ. A great effort with some excellent riding by all, a good tight knit group which good formation.

Both groups turn back up at HQ ten minutes apart. Another great club ride.
